To tell you a little about myself, I was born in Columbia, S.C. and I attended the University of South Carolina. I have been in the real estate business for 26 years now, and in fact, real estate has been my only career choice. My wife, Cindy and I, and our children reside at Lake Murray and have first-hand experience with all that the lake and the surrounding areas have to offer. Cindy and I are constantly previewing property in other cities in the southeast to ensure that we are informed about the values of real estate in other areas surronding our city. Understanding how markets in and around S.C. impact the value of real estate in our community is just another way of assisting our customers in making informed real estate decisions here in our community.
We have witnessed so many changes in our community in the last 50 or so years. Columbia has literally gone from a, "Small Southern Town" to a midsized city with dozens of "bedroom communities" to choose from. Being a native and witnessing this change is just another way of ensuring you can count on the informed information you will receive from me and my company. No matter where in Columbia, or one of it's surrounding suburbs you choose to reside in, you can be confident you will find our community a great place to live.
